Common questions
Do I need planning permission?
For the vast majority of homes, no. Domestic outdoor units usually fall under permitted development, and we will flag it during the survey if yours does not.
How much does it cost to run?
A modern inverter unit cooling a typical bedroom costs a few pence an hour. Used as a heat pump in winter it typically returns 3-4kW of heat per 1kW of electricity.
How long does an install take?
A single split system is normally one day. Multi-split systems usually take two to three days.
